After your order has been paid and processed you will receive the products within 3 working days.

Delivery
When you are placing your order, you can choose to have your package delivered at a service point or at home. Your package will be shipped by DHL.

Order not as expected
In case of a mistake or if there is something wrong with your order, we would like to fix this for you. We are open at working days from 09:00 – 19:00 and on Saturdays from 10:00 – 16:00. We will try our best to answer within one workday, together we will figure something out!

Return time
You have 14 days to let us know if you would like to return your order or (one of) the products. Please make sure the products packaging is unopened. You can find the return instructions on the return page.
